OstroVit Electrolytes is a food supplement containing five minerals, combining potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium and chloride. Electrolytes are involved in several important processes in the body, including muscle function, transmission of nerve impulses and regulation of fluid balance. The food supplement in tablet form is suitable for supplementing daily mineral intake, especially for physically active people.
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, normal functioning of the muscles and nervous system, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Potassium contributes to normal muscle and nervous system function and the maintenance of normal blood pressure. Calcium contributes to normal muscle function and normal energy-yielding metabolism.
The daily dose of 3 tablets contains 300 mg of potassium, 185 mg of calcium, 150 mg of magnesium, 208 mg of sodium and 321 mg of chloride. The pack contains 90 tablets, which is enough for 30 days. The product is suitable for vegans.
