Rosemary essential oil has the following effects:
helps reduce nervous tension and stress, improve memory;
has immunostimulating, anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic properties;
effective for respiratory diseases, sore throat, sore throat;
tones muscles, relieves pain;
has a positive effect on the scalp and hair (strengthens hair follicles), promotes their growth;
