Peppermint essential oil has the following effects:
has antiseptic, antibacterial, antiparasitic;
relieves nervous tension, balances emotions, reduces anxiety and irritability;
has both a tonic and sedative effect;
effective for headaches, migraines, motion sickness, nausea, dizziness;
increases the body's defenses, helps strengthen the immune system;
in cosmetology, it is effective for acne, helps in eliminating capillary patterns on the skin;
relieves redness, swelling, itching, redness from insect bites;
refreshes facial skin, removes signs of fatigue;
An excellent natural repellent - it repels various insects well.
PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES: Take into account individual intolerances! Before first use, a test* is recommended to rule out allergic reactions.
With caution with minimal dosages: pregnancy (2.3 trimester), lactation period, children under 6 years old, may lower blood pressure.
