Grapefruit essential oil has the following effects:
- natural antidepressant, provides an invigorating and refreshing effect on the individual;
- used for headaches and fatigue;
- increases mental activity and mood;
- clarifies and lightens the skin (pigment spots);
- restores skin elasticity and firmness, restoring lipid balance, suitable for sagging and oily skin;
- effective in combating cellulite, enhancing metabolic processes in subcutaneous adipose tissue.

A * test is recommended before initial use to exclude allergic reactions.
Use with caution at minimal doses: pregnancy (2,3 trimesters), lactation period, children under 6 years old.
Contraindications: pregnancy 1st trimester, mental illnesses. Do not use before going out in the sun! (going out in the sunlight is possible if more than 3 hours have passed since the last use of essential oil)
When undergoing homeopathy treatment, consult on the possibility of combining with the use of essential oils.
