What it is
Sinepiplaaster Amanti Medical N10 by Medrull is a classic mustard plaster pack containing 10 single-use sheets. Mustard plasters are one of the oldest home remedies in Northern and Eastern European tradition, and they remain a familiar item in many Estonian households — often kept in the medicine cabinet for the cold season alongside herbal teas and tinctures.
Each sheet is a paper carrier coated with a thin layer of degreased mustard powder. When the plaster is briefly dipped in warm water and placed on the skin, moisture activates the natural compounds in mustard seeds (mainly sinigrin, which converts into allyl isothiocyanate). This warm, tingling sensation is the well-known effect mustard plasters are valued for: a feeling of local warmth and a mild reddening of the skin in the area where the sheet is applied.

Important notes
A few practical notes worth keeping in mind. Mustard plasters are not suitable for:
- young children
- irritated, broken or very sensitive skin
- use during fever
- people with allergies to mustard
