Gently squeeze the flexible silicone cup with your hand to push most of the air out, then place it flat against your skin and release your grip to create a light vacuum that lifts the skin slightly. With the cup attached, use smooth, deliberate strokes in one direction — for example, upward on thighs or from elbow to shoulder on arms. The movement should be slow and controlled, not fast or harsh. Keep each stroke between 5 and 10 seconds, then release the vacuum by gently squeezing the cup again or lifting an edge before repositioning it. Beginners should start with very gentle pressure and short sessions of 2-3 minutes per area to see how their skin reacts before gradually increasing duration. Remember that the goal is stimulation of the surface layers, not deep tissue pressure.
The light suction created when you squeeze and release the cup lifts the skin and underlying soft tissue slightly, changing how pressure is distributed during the gliding motion.
