USE: Take 1 tablet 2 times daily during meals, with a glass of water, as a dietary supplement. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.

Dietary supplement. ⚠ Contains licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra): prolonged use or high doses of licorice may raise blood pressure and cause potassium depletion; use with caution if you have hypertension or are taking antihypertensive medicines. ⚠ Contains Sida cordifolia: may contain trace ephedrine alkaloids; do not use in combination with adrenergic stimulants or MAO inhibitors.
