Marina Lupen Cosmetic Ozocerite is a cosmetic thermal treatment product made from natural ozocerite (also spelled ozokerite) — a naturally occurring mineral wax of geological origin, extracted from Precambrian rock formations, where it forms as a result of long-term geochemical transformation of organic deposits. Ozocerite is compositionally more complex than pharmaceutical paraffin: while paraffin consists almost entirely of linear and branched saturated hydrocarbons, ozocerite additionally contains cyclic naphthenic hydrocarbons, resinous compounds and naturally occurring biological active trace components. These additional constituents are considered to be responsible for certain cosmetic properties that distinguish ozocerite from plain paraffin in thermal treatment applications. Working temperature for ozocerite is slightly higher than paraffin — up to 58°C maximum — and it retains heat longer. The product is used in thermal cosmetic applications for the body and extremities.
⚠ BURN RISK: Molten ozocerite is hot. Always check the temperature before applying to skin. Never exceed 58°C. Let gauze application cool to a comfortable temperature before skin contact.
250 g package.
NET QUANTITY: 250 g
INGREDIENTS (INCI): Ozokerite (natural mineral wax).
USE: Melt the ozocerite in a water bath (with stirring; do not exceed 58°C). Soak a gauze pad or cloth in the liquid ozocerite; remove and place on a sheet of cellophane to cool for a few minutes. Test the temperature — it should feel comfortably warm. Apply the gauze to the target area. Cover with plastic film; insulate with a towel. Leave on as directed. Remove carefully after the treatment.
WARNINGS: Burn risk — do not overheat. Check temperature before applying. Do not use above 58°C. Not for application to broken, inflamed, infected or irritated skin. Not for face, eyes or directly over varicose veins. Persons with circulatory disorders should consult a doctor before use. In case of burns, cool with cold water immediately. For external cosmetic use only. Keep out of reach of children.

Planeta Zdorovia Marina Lupen Cosmetic Ozocerite warming treatment 250 g is a thermal cosmetic product for local heat applications on the body and extremities. People usually choose ozocerite when they want a longer-lasting warming effect than classic paraffin can provide, for example after physical strain, stiffness from sedentary work, or when they simply enjoy deep, slowly released heat on a specific area.
Ozocerite, also spelled ozokerite, is a natural mineral wax of geological origin. Compared with paraffin, it has a more complex composition: along with saturated hydrocarbons, it also contains cyclic compounds and resin-like fractions. In practice, this matters because the material stores heat well and releases it gradually. A warm ozocerite application creates an occlusive layer over the skin, helping the treated area stay warm for longer. This warming effect may help the tissues feel more relaxed and flexible, which is why this kind of body application is often used for joints, muscles, hands and feet.
What makes Marina Lupen Cosmetic Ozocerite interesting is not an added active ingredient, but the physical behavior of the wax itself. It works as a heat-retaining medium: once melted and applied on gauze, it cools more slowly than many simpler warming materials. That makes the session feel steady rather than sharply hot at first and quickly cold later. In home use, such applications are often fitted into an evening self-care ritual, after sport, during colder seasons, or whenever a person wants focused warmth on a small area instead of a full-body bath or shower.
This product is best seen as a cosmetic warming method, not as a medicine. It may suit adults who tolerate heat well and want local warmth for the back, shoulders, elbows, knees, hands or feet. Because ozocerite is used hot, the main caution is temperature: do not overheat it, and always let the gauze cool to a pleasantly warm level before skin contact. Do not apply to broken, inflamed, infected or irritated skin, and avoid use on the face, around the eyes, or directly over varicose veins. If you have circulation-related issues or reduced skin sensitivity, it is wise to ask a healthcare professional before use.
