During movement, the elastic neoprene applies light pressure around the joint. That compression can make the knee feel steadier, while the warmth helps the area feel more flexible when you walk, train, or do repeated physical tasks.
Neoprene does not tolerate high heat or aggressive cleaning products. For everyday care, rinse the sleeve after heavy sweating or after wearing it for a long period, then let it air out before storing. Sweat left on neoprene can cause odour and make the fabric surface less pleasant against the skin.
