Ingredients : chicory. Nutritional value per 100g: 251.8 Kcal/ 1056.9 kJ, proteins 7g, carbohydrates 41.7g, fats 1g, fiber inulin 24g. Use: pour 200ml of hot water on 1-2 teaspoons of ground chicory, heat to boiling, let cool. Add sugar, milk and/or cream according to taste. Store at a temperature up to +25ºC, in a dry place. According to the card, 1–2 teaspoons of ground chicory are poured over with 200 ml of hot water, heated to boiling and left to cool; sugar, milk and/or cream are added to taste. The chicory is made from a single ingredient and contains no caffeine. The card gives no comparison with instant chicory.
The card does not name a daily amount and does not speak of the duration of use. Warnings: do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients; if allergic reactions appear, stop use and consult a doctor.
According to the card, the product is stored in a dry place at a temperature of up to +25 degrees, out of the reach of children. The card names no special storage rules after the package has been opened; the shelf life is on the packaging.
