Fresmy lemon toothpaste tablets are 100% natural tooth brushing tablets. Tablets enriched with lemon peel oil and zinc citrate are suitable for daily oral hygiene, fresh breath and sensitive teeth.
Tangy lemon with a gentle undertone! Toothpaste tablets enriched with spicy lemon peel oil and zinc citrate help neutralise acids and maintain a healthy pH balance in the mouth. This combination helps protect teeth against acid attacks and supports overall oral health with its mild antimicrobial effect.
Lemon toothpaste tablets contain hydroxyapatite (HAp), which is a non-toxic, naturally occurring mineral and an effective alternative to fluoride. HAp actively remineralises tooth enamel and, together with potassium citrate, effectively reduces tooth sensitivity.

USE: Chew the tablet, brush with a wet toothbrush so that the tablet foams, and brush as usual. Use twice daily. Adult supervision is required for users aged 6 years or younger.
- Chew the tablet.
- Brush with a damp toothbrush for ca. 2 minutes.
- Spit out the foam. For maximum mineral action, we recommend only spitting out the foam and not rinsing the mouth with water.
- Recommended frequency of use: 2 times daily, morning and evening tooth brushing.
- Recommended amount: 1 tablet per use.
- It is recommended to clean between the teeth with dental floss before brushing.
WARNINGS: Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient. In case of allergic reactions, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Keep out of reach of children.

Fresmy Sidrun is 100% natural toothbrushing tablets with hydroxyapatite, zinc, postbiotics, vitamin B12 and lemon peel oil. It is a modern alternative to regular toothpaste: chew the tablet, then brush your teeth with a wet toothbrush for about two minutes. In the mouth, it turns into foam, helps clean the teeth, freshen breath and maintain the feeling of smooth enamel without a plastic tube and unnecessary water in the composition.
The main focus of this version is the fresh sweet-and-sour lemon taste and support of pH balance in the mouth. Lemon peel oil gives a bright citrus aroma, while zinc citrate helps neutralize acids and support a healthier environment after food and drinks. This is especially relevant for those who love coffee, fruit, juices, snacks during the day or simply want not sharp mint after brushing, but a lighter citrus feeling of freshness.
The formula is built around hydroxyapatite - a natural mineral close in structure to tooth enamel. In studies, hydroxyapatite is considered a component that helps remineralize enamel, support its smoothness and reduce tooth sensitivity. The composition also contains potassium citrate, which is often used in products for sensitive teeth, meaning the tablets are suitable for those whose teeth react to cold, sour or sweet.
Xylitol helps support a more favourable environment in the oral cavity, postbiotics Lactobacillus Ferment are aimed at supporting the balance of the microbiota, and vitamin B12 is added for gum care. The Sidrun version does not contain fluoride, so it can be chosen by those who prefer care with hydroxyapatite without fluoride. The composition also contains no SLS or glycerin, and the paper packaging makes the product a more eco-friendly replacement for classic toothpaste in a tube.

Hello! These tablets shouldn’t be seen as just a “travel option”. The format really is very convenient for trips, the office, the gym and carry-on luggage, because they don’t leak, take up hardly any space and come already divided into portions. But in terms of how they’re used, this is still a proper full brushing: you chew the tablet, then brush your teeth with a wet toothbrush for about 2 minutes, just like with regular toothpaste.
