Fresmy toothpaste tablets with Siberian fir and activated charcoal are 100% natural tooth brushing tablets. Tablets with activated charcoal and Siberian fir oil are suitable for daily oral hygiene, fresh breath and gentle tooth cleaning.
Polishing charcoal - velvety inside! Experience unique forest freshness with Fresmy black toothpaste tablets. With the natural power of activated charcoal, these tablets help remove surface stains and gently whiten teeth. At the same time, fir oil gives a distinctive clean taste and freshens breath.
Toothpaste tablets with Siberian fir and activated charcoal contain hydroxyapatite (HAp), which is a non-toxic, naturally occurring mineral and an effective alternative to fluoride. HAp helps remineralise tooth enamel and, together with potassium citrate, is suitable for sensitive teeth.

What Are Fresmy Toothbrushing Tablets?
Fresmy Siberian Fir + Activated Charcoal are 100% natural toothbrushing tablets with activated charcoal, hydroxyapatite, postbiotics, vitamin B12 and Siberian fir oil. They look like small black tablets but work like a complete toothpaste: chew the tablet, then brush your teeth with a wet toothbrush for about two minutes. In the mouth, the tablet turns into foam, cleans the teeth, freshens breath and helps remove plaque after coffee, tea, food and everyday snacks.
Forest Freshness and Gentle Polishing
The main focus of this version is the feeling of forest freshness and a gentle polishing effect.
- Activated charcoal helps remove surface stains and visually make the smile look cleaner and brighter — this is daily care for those who want to support the natural whiteness of their teeth without harsh action.
- Siberian fir oil adds an unusual coniferous taste: deeper and fresher than classic mint, with a feeling of cleanliness after brushing.
Key Ingredients and Their Roles
- Hydroxyapatite — a mineral close in structure to the natural enamel of teeth; in studies it is considered a component that helps support enamel remineralization, its smoothness and resistance to sensitivity.
- Potassium citrate — often used in products for sensitive teeth, making these tablets suitable for more gentle daily enamel care.
- Xylitol — helps support a more favourable environment in the oral cavity.
- Zinc citrate — enhances the feeling of cleanliness.
- Postbiotics Lactobacillus Ferment — aimed at supporting the balance of the oral microbiota.
- Vitamin B12 — added for gum care.
The formula contains no SLS or glycerin, and the paper packaging makes the product a more eco-friendly alternative to regular toothpaste in a plastic tube.

Customer Questions
Hello! These tablets shouldn’t be seen as just a “travel option”. The format really is very convenient for trips, the office, the gym and carry-on luggage, because they don’t leak, take up hardly any space and come already divided into portions. But in terms of how they’re used, this is still a proper full brushing: you chew the tablet, then brush your teeth with a wet toothbrush for about 2 minutes, just like with regular toothpaste.
