Glycerin and hyaluronic acid help retain moisture, increasing elasticity and reducing dryness. Their effectiveness in reducing transepidermal water loss has been confirmed by dermatological studies (International Journal of Cosmetic Science; Journal of Clinical and Aesthetic Dermatology).
Shea butter, avocado, almond, olive, and other vegetable oils are rich in lipids that nourish the skin, restore its barrier function, and help soften rough areas. Dimethicone creates a protective layer, preventing moisture evaporation and improving the skin's smoothness.
