Apply this eye cream to clean, dry skin around the eyes. If you use toner, serum, or treatment essences, apply the eye cream after those lighter products and before heavier creams, facial oil, or makeup. A rice-grain-sized amount for each eye is enough; the eye contour is thin, and the formula is meant to feel cushioned rather than heavy.
This product is intended for all skin types and is made for the skin around the eye, not for the eye itself. Its formula contains snail mucin filtrate, which includes moisture-binding components and allantoin, but “natural” or “hydrating” does not automatically mean every person will tolerate it. If you know your skin is reactive, do a patch test on your jawline or behind the ear before applying it around the eye area.
This eye cream is not suitable for vegans because it contains snail mucin, shown on the ingredient list as Helix aspersa mucosal secretion filtrate. Snail mucin is a secretion produced by snails, so it counts as an animal-derived ingredient.
