This product is intended for all skin types and is made for the skin around the eye, not for the eye itself. Its formula contains snail mucin filtrate, which includes moisture-binding components and allantoin, but “natural” or “hydrating” does not automatically mean every person will tolerate it. If you know your skin is reactive, do a patch test on your jawline or behind the ear before applying it around the eye area.
If you wear contact lenses, the main practical concern is keeping the product out of your eyes and letting it absorb before lenses or makeup come near that area. Wash your hands before touching lenses, and do not apply the cream directly to the eyelid margin or lash line. Some people prefer to apply the eye cream at least a few minutes before putting in lenses, or in the evening after removing lenses. If any product transfers onto a lens, remove the lens and rinse it with appropriate lens solution before reinserting; if irritation continues, stop using the product and consult an eye care professional.
If you notice redness, itching, burning, or swelling around the eyes, stop using the cream. For persistent discomfort that does not settle after stopping, speak with a specialist. A thin layer is enough, and you can adjust your routine based on how your skin responds.
