Grapefruit essential oil has the following effects:
- natural antidepressant, provides an invigorating and refreshing effect on the individual;
- used for headaches and fatigue;
- increases mental activity and mood;
- clarifies and lightens the skin (pigment spots);
- restores skin elasticity and firmness, restoring lipid balance, suitable for sagging and oily skin;
- effective in combating cellulite, enhancing metabolic processes in subcutaneous adipose tissue.
