Usage:
Cosmetic Masks: Dilute the clay in a non-metallic bowl with warm water in a ratio of 1:1, mixing thoroughly until it reaches a sour cream-like consistency. Apply the mask in a thin layer to clean skin, using wet fingers to gently rub the clay into the skin for 2-3 minutes. After 10-15 minutes, rinse off with warm water and apply a nourishing cream to the skin. Use two to three times a week. Masks provide elasticity to the skin, tighten pores, smooth wrinkles, and gently cleanse the skin.
Hair and Scalp Care: Add a yolk to the prepared mixture (see step 1), rub it into the scalp, wrap for 15-20 minutes, and then rinse with warm water. Clay helps strengthen hair and prevents breakage and hair loss.
Baths: These remove dead skin cells from the epidermis and soften rough skin on elbows, hands, and shins, as well as promote the healing of minor injuries and cracks. Dilute the clay in warm water at a rate of 1 tablespoon per 1 liter of water and immerse hands (or feet) in the solution. The procedure should be performed daily for 20-30 minutes.
