Usage Instructions:
Cosmetic Masks: Dilute the clay in a non-metallic bowl with warm water in a 1:1 ratio, mixing thoroughly until it reaches a sour cream consistency. Apply the mask in a thin layer to clean skin, using wet fingers to gently rub it into the skin for 2-3 minutes. After 10-15 minutes, rinse with warm water and apply a nourishing cream to the skin. Use two to three times a week. Masks provide elasticity to the skin, tighten pores, smooth wrinkles, and gently cleanse the skin.
Hair and Scalp Care: Add an egg yolk (see step 1) to the prepared mixture, rub it into the scalp, wrap it for 15-20 minutes, and then rinse with warm water. The clay helps strengthen hair and prevents breakage and hair loss.
Baths: These remove dead skin cells from the epidermis and soften rough skin on elbows, hands, and shins, also promoting the healing of minor injuries and cracks. Dilute the clay in warm water at the rate of 1 tablespoon per 1 liter of water, and immerse hands (feet) in the solution. This procedure should be performed daily for 20-30 minutes.
