Sigur tükkides 200 g brändilt Zdorovye on kuivatatud ja jämedalt purustatud sigurijuur — looduslik kohvi alternatiiv, mida on Euroopas joodud juba sajandeid. Erinevalt lahustuvast sigurist säilitavad tükid juure loomuliku struktuuri ja annavad joogile rikkalikuma, sügavama maitse, mis meenutab natuke karamelliseeritud kohvi pehme mõrudusega.
Sigurijoure põhikomponendid
Sigurijuur (Cichorium intybus) on tuntud peamiselt kahe komponendi poolest:
