The recommended daily dose is 30 ml, which contains 7.5 ml of chaga extract (Inonotus obliquus) 1:5. Take 10-15 ml 1-2 times a day 20-30 minutes before meals. For best results, use the product for 3-5 months with breaks of 1 week.
