Calcium. The physiological significance of calcium in the body is diverse. It is the main mineral component of bone tissue - hydroxyapatite, the microcrystals of which form the structure of solid bone.
Calcium ions provide stability of cell membranes by forming bonds between negatively charged groups of phospholipids, structural proteins, and glycoproteins.

DOSAGE: it is recommended for adults and children over 14 years of age to take 2 tablets 2 times a day with food for 1-2 months. The reception can be repeated if necessary. The daily dose (4 tablets) contains 18% of the daily calcium norm for adults.
