Pour a modest amount (roughly a tablespoon for a full back or leg area) into your palm, rub your hands together briefly to warm it, then begin with long, even strokes. Because the formula is designed for light, even slip, you will likely need less product than with thicker creams; add more only when you feel friction returning. For professional or extended sessions, the 1 L bottle lets you decant a working portion into a smaller pump or pour bottle so the main container stays clean and uncontaminated. After the massage, the oil leaves a soft, supple finish; you can leave it on or wipe excess with a warm towel if you prefer a drier feel before dressing.
This massage oil is a cosmetic product scented with lavender, which means it contains fragrance components — typically essential-oil constituents such as linalool and linalyl acetate — that can trigger reactions in people with fragrance sensitivity or compromised skin barriers.
