Biokontur Fish Oil Capsules is a dietary supplement providing natural fish oil as the principal omega-3 fatty acid source, combined with three complementary plant seed oils — wheat germ oil (Triticum aestivum), rosehip oil (Rosa canina) and sea buckthorn oil (Hippophae rhamnoides). Fish oil supplies eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), while the plant oils contribute vitamin E (tocopherols), carotenoids, phytosterols and additional polyunsaturated fatty acids to the combined formula. Each capsule contains approximately 0.3 g of this four-oil complex.
The combined oil formula also naturally provides fat-soluble vitamins: vitamin A (approximately 230 IU per gram of product), vitamin D (60 IU/g) and vitamin E (0.6 mg/g). Vitamin D contributes to normal calcium absorption and bone maintenance. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and normal immune system function.
