Recommended daily intake and dosage: Adults: take 1 capsule per day with a sufficient amount of water.

This means the manufacturer controls the amount of the key alkaloid in the raw material at the production stage — unlike ordinary plant powder, in which the concentration of the active substance can vary considerably from batch to batch depending on how the plant was grown, harvested and stored.
