The active active components of this bath extract are extracts of Siberian fir, spruce and Scots pine. Also, to enhance the effect of the main active components, the composition was enriched with natural essential oils of fir, pine, juniper, Himalayan cedar, and cypress. Chlorophyllin is also included in the composition.

The duration of the bath is 15-20 minutes. The course is 10-15 baths every other day or daily. Preventative intake after completing the course - 1 bath per week.
