Directions for use
- Bath: add 3–4 capfuls to a filled bath and mix well. Recommended duration: 10–20 minutes.
- Sauna/steam room: mix 3–4 capfuls with 1–3 l of water. Use the mixture for pouring over sauna stones, soaking sauna whisks, and lightly sprinkling benches and walls.
- After the procedure, rinsing the skin with water is recommended.
- Shake well before use.
