Ingredients: citric acid (acidity regulator), sodium bicarbonate (raising agent), magnesium (magnesium glycerophosphate), maltodextrin (bulking agent), sorbitol (sweetener), glycine, L-theanine, beet extract, polyethylene glycol (carrier), natural blackcurrant flavor (flavor enhancer), sucralose (sweetener), gamma-aminobutyric acid, polydimethylsiloxane (anti-foaming agent), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
Net weight: 15 tablets.
Recommended use and dosage: adults take 1-2 tablets per day. Dissolve the tablet in 200 ml of water at room temperature.

- L-theanine – 200 mg
