Amrita Inulin is a dietary supplement providing inulin — a natural dietary fibre (fructan / fructo-oligosaccharide) — extracted from Jerusalem artichoke (Helianthus tuberosus) tubers, which are among the richest natural sources of inulin in the plant kingdom.
