Peppermint essential oil has the following effects:
has antiseptic, antibacterial, antiparasitic;
relieves nervous tension, balances emotions, reduces anxiety and irritability;
has both a tonic and sedative effect;
effective for headaches, migraines, motion sickness, nausea, dizziness;
increases the body's defenses, helps strengthen the immune system;
in cosmetology, it is effective for acne, helps in eliminating capillary patterns on the skin;
relieves redness, swelling, itching, redness from insect bites;
refreshes facial skin, removes signs of fatigue;
An excellent natural repellent - it repels various insects well.
Methods for using water-soluble essential oils
In the aroma diffuser, the dosage is 2-3 drops of oil per 5 m2 of room area.
In air humidifiers ** (see below) 2-3 drops per 5 m2 of room area, or dosage according to the instructions for using the device
Oil burner. Ventilate the room, close the windows. Pour warm water into the aroma lamp, drop essential oil into it (2-3 drops per 5 m2 of room area). Light a candle under an aroma lamp. The water should not boil. Lamp operating time: from 20 minutes to 2 hours. Do not leave a burning lamp unattended. Add water as needed.
Aroma pendant: Pour 3-5 drops of oil or a mixture of oils into an aroma pendant and wear it around your neck throughout the day.
Diffusing 5-20 drops of essential oil are added to a diffuser filled with 1 liter of plain water. Then the vessel is shaken and the mixture is sprayed into the room.
Aromatic baths.
• For a full bath – 8 drops for general strengthening, 10-13 drops for healing
• For a sitz bath – 2 drops for restorative, 4 drops for health-improving
• For hands and feet – 4 drops of oil per container.
Bath time is 10-20 minutes.

With caution with minimal dosages: pregnancy (2.3 trimester), lactation period, children under 6 years old, may increase blood pressure.

The primary difference is in its ability to mix with water. Regular peppermint essential oil is hydrophobic; it separates and floats on top of water, which can be messy and lead to uneven scent diffusion in devices like humidifiers. This AROMASaules version uses a water-dispersible format, meaning it's specifically processed to blend evenly into water. This creates a smoother fragrance distribution in the air and is more practical for direct use in water-based applications. If you plan to use it primarily in an aroma diffuser, humidifier, room spray, or bath, this water-soluble form is the more convenient choice. For uses where water mixing isn't needed—such as in a carrier oil for massage, adding to unscented lotions, or using in an oil-based reed diffuser—a standard essential oil would work just as well.
Yes, it can be used on skin or in the bath, but with important precautions due to the concentrated nature of essential oils. Never apply it undiluted directly to the skin. For body use, it must be diluted in a suitable carrier substance. For a bath, mix a few drops into a tablespoon of a dispersing agent like full-fat milk, honey, or a neutral bath oil before adding to the water; this helps it mix instead of floating on the surface where it could contact skin at full strength.
