Methods for using water-soluble essential oils
In the aroma diffuser, the dosage is 2-3 drops of oil per 5 m2 of room area.
In air humidifiers ** (see below) 2-3 drops per 5 m2 of room area, or dosage according to the instructions for using the device
Oil burner. Ventilate the room, close the windows. Pour warm water into the aroma lamp, drop essential oil into it (2-3 drops per 5 m2 of room area). Light a candle under an aroma lamp. The water should not boil. Lamp operating time: from 20 minutes to 2 hours. Do not leave a burning lamp unattended. Add water as needed.
Aroma pendant: Pour 3-5 drops of oil or a mixture of oils into an aroma pendant and wear it around your neck throughout the day.
Diffusing 5-20 drops of essential oil are added to a diffuser filled with 1 liter of plain water. Then the vessel is shaken and the mixture is sprayed into the room.
