Vitamir Shellnail is a specialised food supplement from the Vitamir range, formulated as an additional dietary source of vitamins and minerals specifically associated with normal nail, skin and hair structure and integrity. The formula provides vitamins A, D3, E, B1, B2, B3, B5 and B6 together with the essential minerals zinc, iron and calcium in a balanced daily tablet. Nail brittleness and fragility are often associated with nutritional deficiencies, particularly in zinc, iron, calcium, biotin and B-vitamins. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, nails and skin — an EU authorised health claim. Calcium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Vitamins from the B-complex group contribute to normal metabolism of macronutrients. The formula is intended for adults as a 1–2 month supplementation course. 1 tablet twice daily during meals.
