Use this cream mainly as a body moisturiser after a shower or bath. Pat the skin with a towel so it is not dripping wet, but still slightly damp, then apply a moderate amount and spread it evenly over the areas that feel dry, tight or rough. This timing is helpful because hyaluronic acid attracts and holds water on the surface and in the upper layers of the epidermis, while the cream base helps soften the skin.
This cream is suitable to consider if your body skin feels dry, tight, rough or less bouncy, including mature skin that tends to lose moisture more easily. Hyaluronic acid is naturally present in the skin and connective tissue, where it helps bind water. In a topical body cream, it works mainly on the surface and in the upper layers of the epidermis by attracting moisture and holding it like a light invisible gel.
If you have sensitive skin or a known sensitivity to cosmetic ingredients, patch testing is a sensible first step.
