"SWANSON" Melatonin 1 mg is a food supplement in capsule form. The product contains melatonin, which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. The product is suitable for adults for use before sleep.
NET QUANTITY: 37 g / 120 capsules
INGREDIENTS: anti-caking agent: rice flour; capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, or hypromellose; melatonin.
RECOMMENDED DAILY AMOUNT AND DOSAGE: For adults, 1 capsule 30 minutes before bedtime with water.
CONTENT PER DAILY DOSE:
- Melatonin - 1 mg
WARNINGS: Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to maintain a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for children. If you use medicines or have health problems, consult a doctor before consumption. Use only before bedtime. After taking melatonin, do not drive or operate machinery. In case of allergic reactions, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
