Application: Apply the cream to the skin 15-20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours of sun exposure to maintain protection, especially after sweating, swimming, or towel drying.

Warning: Using a smaller amount of product significantly reduces the level of protection. Do not stay in the sun for too long, even when using sunscreen. Excessive sun exposure poses a serious health risk.
