Sofja Double Leech Extract Cooling Bioactive Leg Gel-Cream is a cosmetic leg care preparation formulated with double-concentration leech extract (Hirudo medicinalis) combined with troxerutin, aescin and diosmin — three naturally derived bioflavonoid and saponin actives widely used in topical cosmetic leg care formulations. Leech extract is derived from medicinal leeches and contains hirudin and related compounds used in cosmetics for their skin-conditioning properties in leg care products. Troxerutin is a semisynthetic flavonoid derived from rutin (from buckwheat and citrus); aescin is a natural triterpenoid saponin extracted from horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) seed; diosmin is a flavone glycoside found naturally in citrus peel. Together, they form a bioactive complex targeting the microenvironment of leg skin. The cooling effect of the gel provides a refreshing, lighter-feeling sensation for tired and heavy-feeling legs. The light gel-cream texture is absorbed quickly without greasy residue.

USE: Spread the gel-cream evenly along the leg from bottom to top, following the direction of the veins. Massage gently for 2–3 minutes. Use 2–3 times per day for 3–5 weeks. Best applied lying with legs elevated.
