RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE AND USAGE: Adults take 1–2 capsules once or twice daily.
CONTENT PER DAILY INTAKE: Daily dose (1 capsule) contains: haridra (Curcuma longa) – 200 mg, sonth (Zingiber officinale) – 150 mg, shallaki (Boswellia serrata) – 100 mg, maricha (Piper nigrum) – 25 mg, pippali (Piper longum) – 25 mg. Daily dose (4 capsules) contains: haridra – 800 mg, sonth – 600 mg, shallaki – 400 mg, maricha – 100 mg, pippali – 100 mg.
