OSTROVIT MCT coconut oil is a liquid food supplement containing medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) derived from coconut oil. The product mainly contains caprylic acid (C8:0) and capric acid (C10:0).

MCT oil is suitable for supplementing ketogenic and low-carbohydrate diets and is a convenient source of fatty acids for people with an active lifestyle. The product has a neutral taste and smell and is suitable for vegans.

INGREDIENTS: MCT oil containing medium-chain fatty acids derived from coconut oil. Produced in a facility where ingredients of fish origin are used.

RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE AND DOSAGE: Take 1 serving (12 g, 2 tablespoons) 2 times a day with meals. The recommended serving may be increased by 12 g every 3 days according to individual needs.
