Yes, the gel is intended for regular use. Its light texture based on aloe vera juice is absorbed quickly and leaves no heavy film, so it is comfortable even with frequent application — including in the warm season, when a thick cream feels heavy.
The main difference is in texture and the feel on application. The gel spreads in a thin layer, is absorbed quickly and gives a light cooling effect. This is especially noticeable right after time in the sun, when the skin is warm and applying a thick cream can be uncomfortable.
Gels based on aloe vera are, as a rule, stored in a cool place protected from direct sunlight. Storage in the bathroom is acceptable if it is not constantly overheated there — high temperature and humidity can speed up changes in the consistency and smell of the product.
