Vitamir L-Carnitine 500 mg (Acetyl-L-Carnitine) is a food supplement from the Vitamir range, providing 500 mg of acetyl-L-carnitine per tablet as an additional dietary source of this naturally occurring nitrogen-containing compound. Dietary sources of L-carnitine are found primarily in animal products, particularly red meat and dairy; biosynthesis covers the remainder of requirements in healthy individuals with adequate co-factor status. Each Vitamir tablet provides 500 mg acetyl-L-carnitine. Recommended course: 1 tablet per day for 1–2 months; may be repeated.
