Product description
Kuznetsov Needles Applicator No. 384 (500×750) by Kuznetsov is a large acupressure mat designed for body stimulation through many small needle‑like points. It is intended for a simple, non‑drug way to relax tense areas after long hours of sitting, physical effort, or a demanding day. The 500×750 mm format suits broader zones such as the back and can also be used on other parts of the body depending on personal preference.
How it works
When the skin contacts the applicator, the pressure points create an intense but short‑lived prickling sensation. This mechanical stimulation increases local microcirculation and helps muscles gradually release built‑up tension. Many users describe the effect as a shift from sharp stimulation to warmth and easing, especially after a few minutes of adaptation. In plain terms, the mat does not “heal” tissue on its own; rather, it encourages the body’s natural response to touch and pressure, which may help you feel more relaxed and physically at ease.
Typical use cases
The applicator may suit people who want a short session in the evening, after desk work, after travel, or after exercise when the back or shoulders feel stiff. Use can include:
- Evening relaxation after a day of work.
- Post‑exercise relief for stiff muscles.
- Travel recovery to ease tension.
- Desk‑work relief for back and shoulder discomfort.
Some users place it while lying down for a few minutes, others press it against a chair or under the feet for a stronger sensory effect. Start gently and build up slowly, especially if you are new to acupressure mats.
Cautions and safety
If your skin is very sensitive, damaged, or easily irritated, use the applicator with extra caution. Stop if the sensation feels too strong or unpleasant. The following conditions warrant consulting a healthcare professional before use:
- Medical conditions affecting skin sensitivity.
- Circulation concerns.
- Pregnancy.
- Reduced skin sensitivity.
Always follow personal comfort limits.
