What does this fireweed and rosehip blend taste like?

The taste is layered rather than one simple flavour. Fireweed leaves form the rounded base and give a smooth, mellow, softly floral character. Rosehips bring fruit acids and a gentle tartness, which makes the cup feel fresher and livelier. Tormentil root contributes a drier herbal depth and a light astringency, adding structure to the finish. Sagan daila is present in a small amount but has an intense aroma, showing up as a bright, resinous accent.

In practice, the cup starts floral and smooth, gains a little tartness in the middle, and finishes dry with a subtle wild-herb note. It is not a sweet fruit tea, nor is it bitter like strong black tea. It behaves more like a botanical infusion meant to be sipped slowly and noticed as it cools.

Because plant materials are natural, the balance can vary slightly from one brew to another. If you prefer a softer cup, steep it for a shorter time or use slightly cooler water. If you want more structure and dryness, a longer steep brings out the tormentil root character.
