The flavour comes from four complementary ingredients. Sea buckthorn berries contribute a bright, sour-fruity note, while sea buckthorn leaves add a greener, more herbaceous character. Rosehip deepens the tart, berry-like profile, and melissa rounds it off with a lighter, softer finish. The overall result is mildly spicy, slightly astringent and softly fruity.
