The product is formulated for both face and body. On the face, neck, and décolleté, once weekly is a solid baseline; you can move to twice weekly only if your skin stays comfortable, hydrated, and shows no irritation. For body use — such as the upper back, shoulders, chest, or areas prone to congestion — twice weekly is generally well tolerated because the skin is thicker and less reactive. Apply a thin, even layer; thick layers don't increase efficacy but do increase drying time and product waste. Avoid the immediate eye area, lips, and any mucous membranes. After rinsing, the skin should feel clean and smooth, not tight or squeaky. If tightness occurs, reduce frequency or shorten the leave-on time by 2–3 minutes.
Seasonal adjustment: in winter or low-humidity environments, you may need to drop to once every 10–14 days on the face, while body use can often continue weekly. In humid summer months, twice weekly on the face may be fine. Store the dry powder in its original container with the lid tightly closed, away from moisture and direct sunlight — humidity can cause clumping and reduce the powder's ability to form a smooth paste.
