The cream-balm is intended for regular external use: according to the instructions, it is applied 2–3 times a day, and it can be included in your daily body care routine. However, because the formula contains menthol and camphor, there are a few practical points to bear in mind.
- Menthol and camphor produce a pronounced cooling and warming sensation. With frequent application to the same areas, the skin's sensitivity to this effect may temporarily decrease – this is a normal reaction.
- People with sensitive skin or a tendency to react to essential oils (the formula contains cypress and lemon) are advised to start with one application a day and watch how their skin responds.
- Do not apply the product to skin that is still hot straight after a hot shower or sauna – the sensation from menthol and camphor may be too intense.
- Avoid contact with mucous membranes and damaged skin, however often you use it.
The product is not used if you are hypersensitive to its ingredients; if an allergic reaction occurs, stop using it and see a doctor; avoid contact with the eyes. If you have a chronic skin condition or are pregnant or breastfeeding, it is worth consulting a specialist before use.
