Buckwheat tea is a plant-based drink made from seeds, and most people tolerate it well. Nevertheless, there are several situations in which caution is advisable:
- Buckwheat allergy. If you have a confirmed allergy to buckwheat groats or other buckwheat products, it is better to avoid this drink: the raw material is the same, only in a different form.
- Sensitivity to new foods. If you are sensitive to cereals and seeds, start with a small serving of the infusion. This is a sensible precaution when introducing any new plant product.
- Pregnancy, breastfeeding, chronic conditions, taking medicines. In these cases, consult a doctor before drinking it regularly — not because the product is known to be dangerous, but because individual circumstances may matter.
The product is not a medicinal product and is not intended to treat, prevent or diagnose any condition. It is a drink that can be included in the everyday diet as an alternative to coffee or strong tea — taking into account your personal response and how you feel.
