Who is a fireweed drink suitable for? — ELDER HEMP TEA 100 GR. VITATEKA ( ivan-chai listovoj )

Fireweed was traditionally used as a drink in northern regions, where people valued its pleasant taste and the chance to add variety to the table without caffeinated leaves. Today, fireweed herbal tea is chosen for its mild taste, deep aroma and lack of caffeine.

This drink will suit you if you:

• are looking for an alternative to black tea or coffee;
• like mild herbal drinks without a pronounced energising kick;
• want to add something traditional and simple to your menu.

Since the tea contains no caffeine, it is often chosen for the afternoon and evening, when ordinary tea or coffee may feel too stimulating. It is a convenient warm drink both as part of a balanced diet and simply for a relaxing cup of tea. However, it is important to understand that fireweed does not replace a complete and varied diet but complements it.
