There are no strict restrictions on when to eat it. This format is most often chosen in a few situations:
- After a workout – when a quick and convenient source of protein is needed and there is no chance to prepare a proper meal. The whey protein in the composition is well absorbed, which makes the cookie a suitable option for this window.
- Between meals – the fibre and milk protein give longer-lasting satiety compared with an ordinary cookie or a bar made with sugar.
- On the road, at work or while studying – the 60 g size is easy to carry, needs no refrigerator and does not crumble the way ordinary baked goods do.
It can also be eaten before a workout if you are used to a light snack before exercise – but this is entirely individual. For some people the dense texture and high protein content are uncomfortable before a session. Go by your own well-being.
If you are sensitive to products with a high protein and fibre content, start with half a portion to see how your body reacts.
