The cream is best applied right after contact with water — after washing your hands or showering, while the skin is still slightly damp. At this point, glycerin and chia seed extract are better at retaining the moisture that is already there, and panthenol helps relieve the feeling of tightness that often appears after water, especially hard or chlorinated water.
Thanks to its light texture, the cream does not need lengthy rubbing in and does not leave a greasy film, so it can be used several times a day — for example, after each hand wash. The 75 ml size is handy to keep in a bag or on your desk.
For particularly dry areas — elbows, shins and heels — you can apply a little more cream and gently massage the skin with circular movements to help it spread. At night, for very dry areas, some people additionally use a richer cream or oil over the light day cream — this is standard layering practice and is not tied to any specific product.
The cream is best stored at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat — this is a standard condition for most emulsion creams.
