How should this ointment be applied, and how often can it be done?

The product is intended for external use only: it is applied to the skin around the wings of the nose and under the nose, but not to the mucous membrane inside. This is important to bear in mind, especially if you are used to drops or sprays – the principle of action here is different.

A small amount of ointment is enough: a thin layer is sufficient to feel the effect of menthol and eucalyptus. It can be applied with a clean finger or a cotton bud – this is especially convenient if the skin is already irritated from frequent use of tissues.

The ointment is applied once or several times a day and before bedtime. The shea butter and jojoba wax in the composition create a protective layer on the skin.

Avoid getting the product into the eyes or onto mucous membranes. If you plan to use the ointment for a child, or you have sensitive skin that reacts to essential oils, first apply a small amount to the crook of the elbow and wait a few hours to make sure it is tolerated normally.
