How should the lozenges be used, and is there a daily limit?

These hard lozenges are designed to dissolve slowly in the mouth: this is how the menthol, mint and eucalyptus are released gradually and create a feeling of freshness. Chewing them or swallowing them whole is not recommended — it shortens the contact time with the lining of the mouth and reduces the effect.

Adults are advised to take 1 lozenge 3 times a day immediately after meals, that is, no more than 3 lozenges a day. This dose should not be exceeded: the lozenges contain vitamin C and vitamin D3, and if several types of supplements are taken at the same time without keeping track, the total vitamin intake may turn out to be higher than needed.

A few practical points:

  • The lozenges are easy to carry in a bag or pocket — the pack is compact; it should be stored at a temperature of +5 to +25 °C.
  • If you take other food supplements or multivitamin complexes, bear in mind that vitamins C and D3 are already present in these lozenges.
  • In case of hypersensitivity to the aromatic components (menthol, eucalyptus) or to any other ingredient — for example, lemon balm, thyme, sage, chamomile, liquorice, anise or yarrow — the lozenges should not be used.
  • Pregnant and breastfeeding women are also advised to consult a doctor beforehand.
  • The lozenges contain liquorice: people with high blood pressure should not consume them in large quantities.
